Shipping

  • We ship our items through USPS, UPS, or FED-X
  • Subscription boxes ship out quarterly (March, June, September + November).
  • For all other orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing after placing your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, so you'll know when to expect your package.
  • Please note, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • $12.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE USA. 

Returns

  • All sales are final

Damaged Items

  • Should you receive any damaged items, please contact us immediately via the "contact" tab on our website or email us directly at hello@wsmercantile.com with a photo if possible of the damage. We will happily work with you to make it right. Please report the damage within 48 hours. Thank you!
